Music at Tresanton 2014Artistic director - Noam Greenberg
Thanks to all who came to listen to our Mozart concerts last November, it was wonderful to see the Methodist Chapel so full of people! We hope many of you come back to us next year - the dates for our next Music at Tresanton weekend are 7-9 November 2014, and the exciting programme will be full of chamber music for piano and winds - flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon. Full details about the programmes and players can be found on the Programme page. If you're desperate for your Music at Tresanton fix before November, why not come to Tel Aviv, where we will be repeating most of the 2013 Mozart programme at the Chamber Music Centre of the Israeli Conservatory of Music, Stricker, between 28 February and 1 March 2014.
A bit of history -
In 2006 seven musicians gathered in the small village
of St Mawes, on the tip of the Roseland peninsula, to mark Schumann's
150th anniversary by playing through all of his chamber music with piano.
Since then Music at Tresanton has been offering annual programmes and attracting
audiences from the Roseland peninsula as well as from further afield in Cornwall and the UK, and has been broadcast by BBC radio 3 as part of their lunch time concert series.
Tickets for individual concerts or subscriptions for all four (without accommodation) will also be available from the Hall for Cornwall
All inclusive offers are available from Hotel Tresanton including room, breakfasts, dinners and tickets to all concerts for the special price of £425 per person (sharing a double room). See our Booking Details page, or click here for our Booking Enquiry form.
If looking for accommodation other than hotel Tresanton in St Mawes why not try the B&B Nearwater
